Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders from Canada.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 CAD before taxes and after discounts. Orders under $100 CAD will have shipping rates calculated at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Standard shipping within Canada typically takes 3–10 business days after the order has been processed. Delivery times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or due to carrier delays.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

At this time, we ship within Canada only. International shipping may be offered in the future.
