HOW TO USE
Apply two pumps to the face and neck every morning. Follow with moisturizer and SPF.

The skin barrier is your skin’s protective outer layer. It functions to keep moisture in and irritants out. When it’s healthy and functional, skin feels hydrated, calm, and comfortable—but when it’s dysfunctional, skin feels dry, tight, and irritated.
Barrier-disrupted skin is simply skin whose protective outer layer isn’t functioning optimally. Barrier dysfunction can be caused by harsh cleansers and exfoliators, cleansing with hot water, extreme heat or cold (like our Canadian winters), or too many actives.
Barrier-disrupted skin is less hydrated and more sensitive and reactive: Think dull, dry, tight, irritated, red, stinging or burning, itchy, or flaky. If skincare products don’t work on your symptoms, it’s probably your skin barrier, not just “sensitive skin.”
Sensitive skin is reactive: It gets irritated easily, but the cause can vary. Barrier dysfunction is one of the most common causes of sensitive skin.
